Practice Daily Gratitude

Practice gratitude for all you have each day
Express gratitude for all the good in your life.
The more grateful you are in your eveyday life,
the more reasons you find to be grateful and the more the universe will give you.

What Can You be grateful for
1. Your health
2. your friends and family
3. Your home
4. the opportunities to grow and expand
5. your lessons
6. your job or work
7. your money and abundance
8. the earth's generosity
9. the universe's goodness
10. your life

How Can You Practice Gratitude
1. Add a gratitude list to your daily spiritual practice, moon rituals, holy days, etc.
2. Keep a gratitude journal and write an entry each day
3. Read a gratitude list at the beginning of each day
4. Add things you are grateful to your prayerwork
